Onesto was one of the very first Italian restaurants to open its doors in Luxembourg, then under the name of Giorgio. It is well known for its authentic Italian cuisine and delicious traditional food that makes it a very popular place in the city.

Amongst the numerous Italian restaurants Onesto does stand out as it makes you immediately feel that you are somewhere in Italy, with its smaller rooms and the busy waiters that run around to serve customers.

The restaurant has numerous smaller dining rooms that create an intimate feeling but also due to this layout groups can be given more exclusive space. There is also a large outdoor terrace and a a nice bar/lounge upstairs that is very atmospheric with an open fire place.

A less known fact is that Onesto also has  a historic Unesco monument as there is a fresco dated from 1806 done by a friar called Abraham from the 'Abbaye d'Orval'.
