Located conveniently on your way from the Golden Lady to the Place d'Armes, it is a great place to hang out on lazy Sunday afternoons or in fact to get your day jump-started on busy Monday mornings.  

High quality and fairness in trade are part of the business concept and the Luxembourgish-based joint-venture of coffee growers and roasters share a passion for high-quality coffee that is in fact also roasted in Luxembourg.

According to the Golden Bean 'We concentrate on the processing of very high quality, selected coffee specialities that we have identified in places all around the world. In this undertaking we devote maximum care and devotion from the outset for the product - from the plant, up to the preparation in the cup- for the perfect taste experience. In the manufacture of our roaster all chosen coffees are submitted in a traditional kind of careful roasting. With our roasting we reach for every bean the optimum point in which the bitter substance and irritants are taken away completely, so that the beans can unfold their full aroma.'

Beware that parking in Luxembourg city is notoriously limited and it is in fact not recommended to drive into the city. Instead take the excellent public transport that will get you to Hamilius in no time and from there is it only a short walk.
